KCER 105.9 operates as a community radio station with the
help of volunteers. In the past 4 years, we have been
fortunate
to operate successfully under this format. Our volunteers
have
shown great pride and support for community radio. Most
have
been from Cisco. Their commitment to Cisco and its local
radio station is unparallel. It is an unselfish act of
giving of
their talent, time and energy. Some have continued while
others have moved on to other endeavors.
Volunteers commit as they can. It is for this reason that
we are
